I had my own bullies in school. If i ever go er im killing them or the teachers who did nothing but watched. Not some random kids in my school who i never knew and they never knew me.

Actually after consulting some news sources he did repeat the 6th grade twice so.... 18+2 = 20 and the guy was 21 so.... he could have possibly been targeting former teachers and classmates one class under him. Not saying that he did or didn't just outlying that it is a possibility. So you should not be so quick to judge him, his motives are as of yet unknown.
