I mean I read physical books. But I've listened to a few. They're alright if you're doing shit in the background

thanks bro

I use text to speech software to turn ebooks to mp3.

It kinda sucks because the speech is very robotic, but the pros outweigh the cons in my opinion. you get used to it.

Huh no audiobookcels here?

These days if I can make it I listen to what I can find on youtube. So mostly the more popular stuff.

Ken Follett: Kinda descriptive, a bit bland comparable to Steven King (not a big fan, currently I listen to the Dark Tower Cycle), but less character insight (good for me) and faster plot. Cookie cutter but not necessarily in a bad way.
- The Pillars of the Earth. medieval
- The Century Trilogy. 20th century

The Physician by Ruth Downie: medieval

H.P. Lovecraft: Old school cosmic horror / weird fiction short stories. Needs some time to get into, interesting but strange writing style. Not for everyone.

Metro Trilogy by Dmitry Glukhovsky: Interesting allegories set in a post apoc underground world. You probably heard of their video game adaption.

A Song of Ice and Fire by George R. R. Martin: Should be known. Pseudo War of the Roses with denser plot. Better than the TV show. Good for historycels.

Thanks a lot for this list bro.ı'm new at audiobookmaxxing so ı needed good ones

This is a pretty interesting and bizarre book that came out in 1959 I believe, some conspiracy theorists claim its non fiction, it talks about hidden continents, and new lands and races and civilizations beyond our lands. It's less than an hour, might be interesting to the listen to.

What's the average amount of pages of the books you read or page length or font size etc. Just curious. Also how do you do it. I mean speed or skim read?

Just trying to up my game. Not sure if I've asked you the same question. Can't remember now.
thanks bro

Ehh the number of pages varies greatly but I like long books.

Average to below average font size.

I'm a speed reader I suppose. But I just naturally read quite fast tbh

Did you practice at being a speed reader. If so how did you do it? Or were or are you a natural at this?

Well I've been a reader from a young age. Also I have aspergers so that possibly helps.

But never trained.
