Both IRL and in media. I physically can't bear it. It sends me into a death spiral. Earlier today I was looking out of my window, while showering, and saw into a neighbour's window, where there was this young chad in the kitchen. I'm pretty sure it's the same house where a blonde Stacey lives (I saw her walking her dog last week). I'm at a point where I have to filter out any and all attractive people. I don't leave the house, so filtering them out IRL isn't that hard. But I also have to turn off any Youtube video if it contains any attractive people. Particularly attractive males. Chads trigger me more than attractive females.
