If I could pick any height I'd pick 6'5. I would be happy enough with 5'10-5'11 though. You aren't considered tall exactly, but you are far from short. You will still heightmog a fair amount of people most places.

As tall as possible. Giantmaxxed/heightmaxxed would be awesome. Though truthfully anywhere in the 6'0 to 6'11 range would be nice.

Depends on what we are talking about
If it's to satisfy women, definitely +190 cm
But on an aesthetic level, I would not want to be taller than 175 cm. Very tall guys don't quite look human to me
