Assassin's Creed is 1 of the most addictive series

Love it or loathe it, I reckon Assassin's Creed is 1 of the most addictive series to play. This series is like crack to me, once I start 1 I can literally play it for a full day. The gameplay loop never changes and yet its so addictive (assassination, parkour, exploration in a rich historical setting.).

I'm not a blind fanboy, I actually resent the recent RPG games because they disregard so much of the series identity, but even the newer games I will still waste my days away playing them. I love the earlier games, Mirage reminded me why I love the series with its free running parkour across a rich, dense city of 12th Century Baghdad. Shadows is 1 of the worst games in the series for me and yet even that I've clocked over 100 hours in just like Valhalla which I also resented.

As a fan of AC I'll stick with this series through thick and thin just like Final Fantasy fans will persevere with that series in spite of its misguided direction. I suppose AC resonates with us incels in a way, cloaked hooded figures lurking beneath the shadows. I know there's some incel AC fans here from seeing a few comments. My favourites are oc the Ezio games, Unity, Black Flag, Mirage, the only ones I haven't played are Revelations, Rogue & need to finish Unity which I'll get round to at some point after Shadows.

ye Mirage is best 1 since Unity for me easily. People gave it shit for being shorter but that's exactly what I want, I'm tired of these bloated arse RPG games.

I've not even finished Mirage yet and clocked 40 hours, its more than enough and it'll be receiving a free story expansion later this year. The music is so good in Mirage, the parkour is free running like the classic AC games across rooftops.

I used to love AC until they killed Desmond. At that point it seemed the games went downhill from there.

It all went to shit when they started larping as RPG franchise, but they were always kind of mediocre franchise to begin with
