Aspie trait: accidentally insulting people

Can any other aspie relate ? Since i have naturally no social filter due to me being non NT, i pretty much always say what i think. This resulted often in many insulting people without me noticing and i only realised it after people told me what i said wasnt okay. This got me into a trouble a lot of times and im surprised i never got beat up for that

i stick out like a sore thumb every where i go. it doesnt take more than 2-3 seconds for people to sense how socially retarded i am. its like im operating on a different wave length and i tried to normiemaxx by learning to socialise from fuckin youtube lmao but it never did shit for me

I wouldn't go so far as to say that I violate a person's integrity by insulting him or her. On the other hand, I favor intellectual honesty and I can't say things that go against my internal logic structure, which often leads to heated debates.

Our looks and facial expressions give us away in social interactions. I always thought I was an expressive person when I spoke until someone remarked that I had a straight face during a moment that was supposed to be frightening.

Yeah, absolutely. I always unintentionally offend people. But if I would think about everything I say I wouldn't be able to say anything, which is the second problem.
