Involuntary Celibacy
In the darkness of the night, they lie awake, Tossing and turning, for love's sweet sake, But love, it seems, is hard to find, And in their solitude, they're left behind.
They long for touch, for warmth, for love, But all they get, is push and shove, From a world that sees them as lesser, And dismisses them, as failures and stressors.
They're called incels, and mocked and shamed, For being alone, for being unclaimed, But little do they know, the pain they bear, The weight of loneliness, the burden to bear.
For involuntary celibacy, is not a choice, But a plight that steals, one's inner voice, And leaves them stranded, in the dark, With no one to hold, no one to hark.
So let us not judge, or ridicule, But show compassion, and care, and goodwill, For the incels who suffer, in the night, And help them see, love's guiding light.
For love is not a privilege, or a right, But a choice we make, to shine bright, And in that choice, we all have worth, And a chance to find, love's sweet rebirth.
What do you guys think, thoughts?
