Actually, the $60 is just for the timed service you decide to get. There's also a house fee that you must pay. The house fee is typically $100, then you add the service. 30 mins is usually $50 or $60, while an hour is $100. So if you get a 30 min session you'll actually be paying $160 and if you want an hour it'll be $200. If you choose the later they'll usually give you a table shower and rub down.

I think they reason they don't advertise the house payment is to get around the law, and if you don't know how it works and just pay that bare minimum, they'll just try to give you a cheap, amateurish massage as if they were a legitimate massage parlor... that is if they don't tell you to leave. But I think they explain the house fee to most people anyway if they're unaware, but won't get into specifics.
