After reading @AfrikanCel 's own plans to JBBmax and ascend in Europe, I've become inspired to JBWmax and ascend in California. My plan is to go through a rigorous exercise program from now to July 23rd, 2019. I will also attempt to change and improve my social life along with every other aspect of my existence. I plan to heavily document this journey and next year I will compile all the data so it can serve others, either I will succeed, proving that it is possible to ascend, or I will fail and become an excellent source of proof for the blackpill philosophy.

Goals:
  • Lose bodyfat and gain muscle to move from my current skinnyfat weight of 160 to a healthy weight of 185.
  • Get better posture and look less like a subhuman that spends all day hunched over a computer.
  • Jelq my way from a 6 inch dick to a 7 inch dick
  • Build and maintain three solid friendships, at least one with a girl.
  • Write, submit, and get a short story published.
  • Learn the basics of photography so I can document the world around me.
  • Learn how to looksmax my subhuman features
  • Read at least one book a week to expand my mind.
  • Get myself into a better financial position than I currently am in. (Shouldn't be hard since I'm a NEET)
  • and finally, have sex and ascend, will be aiming for a 3/10 Noodle-gal or Black girl.

Currently I am a 2/10, six foot tall, 24-year-old white man, with a receding hairline, severe acne scars, and no life prospects at all. Wish me luck brothers. All feed back and tips are appreciated. Since I definitely am too much a coward to commit suicide, I view this as the only possible path forward.

Here in Uruguay if you are NT you can get a girlfriend unless you are literally deformed. You can even get a girlfriend being autistic as long as you are 6.5/10 or more

careful. take some time and pick a good career/job to go for... all that stuff you mentioned like gymcelling, writing and socializing is going to be very difficult once you start working. and if you get dragged into a shitty job that drains all your energy and free time it will be downright impossible. don't accept the first shitty job offer you get, take some time and examine all your options. i know having no money to spend sucks but having no free time & energy is just as bad.

if you've got a family you get along with it and puts up with you it might not be a bad idea to continue NEETcelling for a year while you figure out what you want to do.

Stories are my favorite cope, I love fiction. Reading books, watching movies, comics, etc. I like all forms of storytelling. Online there are tons of websites you can submit stories to. My goal is to get one published somewhere.

I don't believe you're a 2/10, even the confirmed most subhuman users here aren't that bad. You would've either roped already or lost all optimism for life.

I think it's easy to just say these things, but you really focus on these if you're going to do them. If you do this, you'll hit your goal of 185 and lose the body fat.

Also, for your posture... look into scapula exercises. Physical therapy is a great way to get into it. Pinch your shoulder blades for 10 seconds... do it 10 times a day...etc.

Right now my meal plan is oatmeal with various nuts, seeds, and berries for breakfast. Some form of vegetables for lunch (still need to figure out what's best) And a sweet potato with vegetables for dinner. Along with supplements for whatever nutrients I need more of. The main issue I'm having is figuring out how to get enough protein. I'm also planning on only drinking water.

I haven't yet worked out a lifting routine, I really need to. I have been getting at least 1 hour of cardio everyday for the last two weeks, I plan on continuing that while adding at least an hour of lifting everyday. Thinking about swimming eventually as well once I lose my fear of being raped by Chads at the pool.

Where am I, as a NEET, supposed to get steroids? Where do I buy them? How can I ensure I wont fuck myself up when injecting them as I have no medical training.

I wish you good look for your plan, but if I'd avoid real friendships with femoids. As long as they're acquaintances it's ok, more than that and they could trash talk you behind your back without any pre-emptive signal.

You need to figure out what you daily caloric intake should be to maintain and plan accordingly. You meal plan sounds "good", but it's too general. Download the Myfitnesspal app, enter in your numbers.
It's easy to get lean. I have a daily caloric intake of 2200 to lose a pound a week (5'10, 180-185, I do BJJ and lift for hobbies).
Eat 5 times a day. I will guess your daily intake will be 1800 calories.

2 eggs, and spinach for breakfast (as much spinach as your like)
Protein shake when you get peckish
Ground Chicken/Chicken breast with Spianch
Protein shake when you get peckish
Protein shake/Bar when you get Peckish again
93% ground beef/ Ground chicken/ Chicken Breast with Spinach.

This is my meal plan. As you become used to it, and research stuff you will be able to add variations. I keep it simple.

You MUST use unsweetened almond milk. Avoid soda/sweets, and drink at LEAST a gallon of water every day. Within the gallon of water, put 2 scoops of BCAA's. This will be your "sugar/juice" fix. Take CLA, Fishoil, and a multi vitamin.

Workout wise, start small, but start...this series will start you off. Do the Mass Gaining Routine for Shoulder/Back/Arms/Chest/Legs


Most importantly, try to lift heavier. Constantly test your boundaries. Don't go in and waste time, you go in to target your 1-2 parts, lift hard and smart and focus on form.

For your posture, put your arms at your side. Now try to touch elbows from behind. This is the general motion. Do the same move, but use your shoulder blades as well. Keep your shoulders down and relaxed. Focus on the shoulder blades doing all the work.

I agree that once you have given up on roping, self-improvement is much better cope than LDARing, and this site would need more of the former approach.

I'm 27, virgin except for escortcelling, 4/10 at best IRL (perhaps 5-6/10 when angle-frauding on photos), 5'9'', and skinny, mildly autistic framecel in rather poor health. Currently studycelling away and hope to get a good job after graduating by the end of this year and then moneymax. Along the way, I'll try to run sophistication game by doing interesting hobbies, going to seminars, and travelling. Will mostly try to approach online via Okcupid and Tinder because of high inhib and no natural IRL venues. If all else has failed by the end of the year, I'll try JBW in SEA. Current goals: 1. Learn programming better. 2. Look for an internship for this autumn. 3. Obtain at least two dates before the JBW attempt. 3. Learn scuba diving. 4. Go to the gym or go running at least 4 times/week. 5. Wake up before 8 am each morning.

If you stop your hair loss will just recommence at the normal rate. Long term treatment is needed. Hair is life. Don't lose it.

Also the mods here frown on self improvement. I mean you're allowed to do self improvement but the second you get any success from it you'll be banned for "bragging".

I get why they do this but it prevents people from sharing success stories or encouraging others to get better too.

Why not just move to central or Norcal and go for asian girls? Hell you could probably just go to UCI and smash prime asian pussy with JBW game.
