There's a few in particular that I've deleted more than a dozen times. All from different users that posted them independently of each other. That might clue you in on just how rare this sort of thing is.
Not only that but of course we don't know all of the circumstances, the guys could be rich, and he's likely getting cucked...but a lot of these cherrypickers take it a step further and just mindlessly yell "COPE COPE COPE!" at people bringing any of this up, or bringing up the fact that even ignoring that these types of couples are extraordinary rare to begin with.
There's a few examples of deformed white guys with wives, a couple of which have been posted literally 15-20 times. JBW people feel vindicated.
There's one or two ugly black guys with attractive white women. BBC spammers go into overdrive.
