The entire left-wing ideology revolves around recognizing the fact that certain individuals or entire groups of people are born into disadvantage and tries to help them.
But, they don't help incels - people who are without a doubt at a disadvantage.
Incels are people who because they were born ugly, short, deformed, mentally ill etc, have trouble in life: they are bullied, have trouble in finding a job and romantic and/or sexual partner. However, leftists like Vaush don't believe in blackpill, therefore they don't think that incels are in disadvantage.
Leftist say that blackpill is fake, because there are unatractive people with girlfriends. This. is equivalent of saying, that racism doesn't exist because there are people who don't have problems with person skin color.
Another problem is, that leftists (like r/IncelTear) are highly hypocritical. They laugh at incel-like people on r/niceguys, r/cringetopia, r/justneckbeardthings, r/beholdthemasterrace etc, only to few minutes later write esseys on r/IncelTear explaining why looks doesn't matter and personalty is most important.

Right wing:
Many of them are redpilled. They give stupid advices like betabux (Ubersoy for example), or learn the game, which maybe can work if you are at least average looking which most incels aren't.
Some of them are even worst. They straight up victim blaming incels for their problems like bullying and depression saying to ''man up'' and ''grow a pair''.

Conclusion:
Both left and right wing people are anti-incel and you shouldn't be on either of side.
