As I am growing older my hair has began to wain. I am currently in the Norwood 3 zone and my hair is getting further back by the day. I will try to accommodate this by getting finasteride prescribed and hopefully to see a change, or at the very least not have all of my hair fall out.

What’s really odd is that there’s no balding within my family. I don’t really understand why I’m so unlucky. Maybe epigenetics from a poor birth? Maybe god is bored? I will never know.

I hope to see some moment of peace that will last, but by the looks of it I’m almost sure my life will become even worse by even the extents of my imagination. I had not imagined my life progressing to be so miserable within my youth and yet here I am.

Your balding is most likely genetic recombination & dysgenics coming into effect.

Finasteride & Turkey are your only options, if you are even able to do either, otherwise it's ovER.

it might not sound helpful but also try to eat fresh food or cook your own home food something healthy not junk LTn garbage. Cause something about shit food has always reminded me of bad hair.

I wouldn’t be able to live with myself if I started to lose my hair that’s just a serious nightmare for me.

I’m really big into the self improvement cope bs. I eat healthy foods like yogurt, fish and avoid sugar as much as possible. I’ve also exercised intensively on a regular basis (3 or more times a week). I’m assuming the exercise (weights and running excessively) is definitely speeding up the process, but I wouldn’t think it would be diet related. I could be wrong tho.

I do consume a lot of caffeine. Maybe that could be it?
