For my part, I'm not sure. My father has certainly aged and is out of shape as a man in his 60s, but he was quite fit when he was younger and is still able to demonstrate strength by lifting heavy loads with relative ease.

My father is likely to beat me, plus I read a study that the amount of muscle mass decreased with each subsequent generation and that even the standards of physical activity used to be higher, as men of previous generations were stronger and more resilient.
