Because they have a habit of exploding, lol

I make a point of not owning any large or questionable ones!

THAT is what she said. XD

Anywho, yah. lol

So my biggest lithium battery is I think 3000 mah and it's in my main mobile phone. All the rest are 2000 and below. So if they did explode (which is unlikely tbh) it would be fairly small I guess.

Also I get rid of any that concern me like if they've been in water or are very old.

a pack of lithium batteries contains alot of protein, i eat them all the time

I eat lithium batteries for breakfast

no, but the one in my laptop was swollen asf, it literally was so swollen that i only found out cause the trackpad was bulging, and i couldnt even click

Yes because I’ve purposely set them on fire in a safe manner in a rural area where burning is legal. There is no putting them out once they go till they burn out. Just takes one puncture and as soon as air hits it, they instantly go up in flames.

Don’t try to burn batteries

Every electronic I use requires a lithium battery. I'll die on my terms.

Wow. Did you get rid of it?

I had a similar thing with a mobile phone battery. It's best to not keep it around as I think when they're bulging like that they're more prone to exploding.

They're crazy things yeah. And to think people are happy driving around on top of huge ones! And often with car doors that are hard to open in an emergency.

And then they buy those silly e-scooters and keep them inside the house.

It's all so dumb.

I have high powered radio control cars that use them. And when the batteries go bad, I purposely set em off to dispose of them safely. Look up Traxxas Xmaxx rc car to see what type of high end shit this is.

Can’t risk running bad batteries or you risk catching your $1000 rc truck on fire. I can buy any spare part for it and fix just about anything, but if it burns down totally it’s game over
