I thought inhibition meant: potential for reducing shame/cognitive flexibility to adapt to the social contract/dynamic neuratypicals enforce in an established community of whatever scale
then the low/high inhib would be self explanatory

Just your general personality. How far are you able to bend the social rules? Some people can completely ignore them whilst others feel like they have no choice but to conform. Or atleast that's how it's used on this site.
