Didn't find out until today but it turns out when you click on "Members" and go to "Most posts", you see a list of the top 100 active users.

As of 11am UTC on August 11th, 2020, you need at least 7,049 posts to crack the top 100, and 27,432 posts to crack the top 10.

The number guy has 55,767.

Keep in mind the list doesn't count banned members, so the true top 100 starts at like 10k or so
