My cortisol feels like it's at 100% all the time. It makes my weight loss really hard to achieve. See whores? I could lose weight much easier if you would give me sex you worthless bitches. Since sex lowers cortisol. It also made me binge eater but with fasting i can control it but there are times when it's hard.

Yeah. I'm also addicted to caffeine which makes my anxiety/overthinking even worse. But when I'm off caffeine I feel like staying in bed all day with even less motivation to do anything and zero euphoria. JFL.

Yes my stress comes from going to school every single day and dealing with all the obnoxious normalfags. It also comes from pressure from parents and teachers as a whole, along with pure anger and hatred for this society. I truly hate it and they expect me to support & contribute to it once I get older.

I’m extremely anxious whenever I’m out in public around other people. It’s fucking with my brain. Cortisol causes brain inflammation. I’m pretty sure is one of the main causes of mental health problems in western countries.

It's summer now so no, I'm not really stressed. I only get stressed over exams honestly. I am very awkward around certain people but it doesn't really stress me out.

Subnormal oxytocin. Inceldom is pretty much scientifically proven to make you stressed out all the time, and is a bona fide health risk as a consequence. People like us are simply not meant to live past 50 or so.
