What I fear most is a heart attack or dying in my sleep. In the end, it seems absurd to be afraid of dying in your sleep, but maybe you wake up, can't move, and then you die. Which is brutal.

Some live better than others, especially if they are in good health and have good cope. Being an incel is psychologically devastating, but it's not as devastating as a chronic illness, for example.
