No this doesn't come from personal experience and this is no one who I personally know, but I feel like there's at least one guy out there who fits this bill.

But let's just say some richcel with a really good job comes on here. Dude has a $5M-10M net worth, but he's extremely facially ugly (facially 2/10, he shows his face to anyone who asks), never been technically successful with women until he got very rich (let's just say they know because he flaunts designer clothing). He states that women ask him out, but when they do so, they openly state that they want him to buy them stuff.

He has a small chance of getting sex or anything from them in return, and he's still a virgin, but he could get a kiss and possibly sex if he bought the next girl who asks him out a Givenchy bag.

Would this guy get banned on here? Is this guy a volcel? I'm not even talking about a specific user, this is an entirely made up scenario.

Depends on what you mean by "turn down", turn down offered sex at that moment, or turn down "getting into a relationship"

It really depends on how long before he can get sex, so its kind of an impossible question to answer because it requires precognition or established "due dates" for sex

For example if he only had to betabux for a week and he refused I'd say he was volcel
