I have never been to the gym and I eat everything possible to give me cancer or kill me

I used to but I saw no progress or gains so I kind of just gave up, It's harder if you have high metabolism and struggle to put on weight
 
I never had energy to exercise much except when I was 14, used to go running. Went to gym by myself only once. I care about my diet but only a bit, sugary drinks and food are my cope. I try to avoid seed oils and prefer low-carb food for breakfast.

I like going to the gym and having a good diet.

1. It gives me something extra to do and look forward to during the day.

2. It gives me something to look forward to short term and long term

3. It’s something I know I can do and accomplish if I work hard enough. This differs from other things I work to accomplish like becoming good at CS for example because my IQ is average to slightly below average.

4. I think it helps with my mental health

5. It gets me out the house. Most days the gym is my only time outside the house. I’m at home the rest of the day.

6. It gives me confidence and makes me feel good about myself because I sort of look like my favorite anime characters which is childish I know

7. Having a clean diet makes eating junk food a lot more enjoyable since it becomes more like a treat instead of just ‘another meal’

I don't go to the gym. No muscles for your face. My body looks ok, I have a slim build.

I've started to care more about my diet because I want to get rid of my dark eye circles. I've been eating more red meat and started eating raw eggs.

I don't go to the gym cause it's a waste of time, light exercise and not sitting too much is enough to keep your health.
The diet, on the other hand, is extremely important. The less modern food (grains, plants, sugar and white flour) you eat - the better you'll feel both physically and mentally.
 
I don’t go to the gym but I walk and care about my diet. I can’t not care about my diet because I already have health problems due to how I used to eat in prior years. If you have the ability to eat like shit, not exercise, and feel no pain, then I just assume that you have superior genetics or you don’t experience as much stress.
 
Hardcore former gymcel actually. Failing to show up these days. Wouldnt even pull through a workout anyway.

I use a spinbike and life dumbells
 
I occasionally eat shit food and rarely exercise

I'm 5'9" and 120 lbs. So pretty underweight. Just eating normally and being regularly active isn't cutting it to be a healthy weight. if you were me would you try to work out and eat more to gain weight?

i don't go to the gym because it costs money but i try to work out at home everyday and i try to eat as much as i can because i don't like being skinny
 
I only just started going to the gym, but my diet won’t be good regardless because my mom thinks her curryslop is good for me.
 
When i went to a gym as a teenager i was mogged to the darkest pits of hell. On top of that a couple of roid raged retards started insulting and bullying me and i peaced the fuck out forever. Also my incel body got literally no improvement at all after months of wasting my time there being a clown. When you see those big mirrors and the people there, goddamn did i feel subhuman. To be fair there was 1 dude who i guess pitied me and tried to befriend me, he was my age and height but looked like a chad instead of incel like me. But i couldn't go there again, living nightmare fuel.

Just get on a meat heavy diet, it promotes muscle building, you'll get some muscle from it even if you exercise super lightly
