Are women picky about men’s facial hair? What about Caucasian men with little facial hair?

Are women picky about dating men based on their facial hair or lack thereof, or does this really just apply to Caucasian men who usually have facial hair?

I’m asking since I can’t grow a beard, just a small mustache and a small goatee.
