Theory Are whites more, or less violent than non-whites ?

I don't need statistics on crime, we know whites commit less crime.

Now the question I'd like to solve is the following :

White kids are quieter in school that non-whites.
A white boy is more likely to be bullied by a black boy than the opposite.
White adults behave better in society (ie: commit less crime) that non-whites.

But on the other hand, europeans have colonised and submitted almost every civilisation they've encountered, even when said "civilisations" were much more brutal and barbarian than themselves.

Shouldn't less impulsive, more empathetic, more refined races lose war against brutes who wage war 24/7 ?
