Discussion Are we ungrateful to our parents?

I'm chilling on my PC doing whatever I want, my setup is very simple, but it is decent and comfortable.

When I think about my depression and how I feel so worthless, I think I'm being unfair to my mom. She has given me all the things I use daily and that I enjoy, how can I be so ungrateful? Yea, I am a virgin with no IRL friends, but I live a decent life that so many people would kill to have.

I'll die on a random night after feeling myself, going for a walk, not getting cold approached, and having a mental breakdown. It happens every few days, one day it will be too much and I'll make a split second decision to jump into traffic or something.

The days when I'm feeling myself are way worse than days where I'm feeling like a subhuman and stay away from the public.

I dont owe my parents anything. They gave birth to me without my consent so I am their responsibility for the rest of their lives. They willingly signed up for that.
