Cultural appearance preferences via such things, jewellery, clothes etc. are a very small portion of what attraction is. The universal parameters of what people find attractive are the same across all cultures. It's not society saying you are a genetic waste product but sexual selection.

Yeah, there are some regions in the world such as the balkan one where being overly masculine is seen as very attractive, but in the west being such an ogre would be definitely a flaw as they prefer twinks with chiseled jawlines. I actually don't know why foids think like this, has to do with being primal. Feminine faces must be considered more attractive, balkan foids wont date you when you're a babyfaced inkwell.

By the current societal standards of our time, at least in most places around the world, by most people around the world? Yes.

In a relative sense compared to other human beings? Yes.

In a functional/survival sense? Most of the time, also yes.
