Growing up, in school, I was often accused of shit I didn't do just because I'm ugly and autistic.

Police, however, may have different kinds of bias (race, status, occupation, zip code etc.) to falsely accuse people of crimes than middle-schoolers and teachers have.
 
Yes, it's a known fact that's been known for decades.
 
Attractive people get shorter sentences there was a study on that.

Havent seen a study spexificly about the accusation part but it would make sense that its also true
