Serious Are the pretty boys/jb slayers in high school very lean(12% body fat) naturally?

I have always wondered this. I'm an ectmorph and in high school, I was around 13-14% body fat and had zero muscle, no matter how much I ate. So I wonder if the jb slayers are naturally at very low bf %, or if it's because, they are active. Because, I stopped being active because, I was depressed and ended up at 15%.

I think this is half true.

This can work depending on appearance, I'm very thin, to the point of showing my bones, and I've always been a truecel with a disproportionate face, I never attract anything from women. In the end it's the appearance, I've even seen fat men with extremely better faces and they always have a wife.

Hair will only work if it is beautiful.
