Serious Are the pretty boys/jb slayers in high school very lean(12% body fat) naturally?

I have always wondered this. I'm an ectmorph and in high school, I was around 13-14% body fat and had zero muscle, no matter how much I ate. So I wonder if the jb slayers are naturally at very low bf %, or if it's because, they are active. Because, I stopped being active because, I was depressed and ended up at 15%.

i was active as a kid and was always skinny without much muscles, and still is skinny. I think it's mostly genetics thing
