There's a pretty simple solution for this issue: Legalized prostitution and preemptive branding.If prostitution is made legal and a woman is legally recognized as a prostitute (say, after fucking two guys) AND you no longer allow them to get married ("To maintain social peace") you'll start seeing a WHOLE lot more femoids keeping their legs closed.
