There's no country on Earth where fertility rates aren't crashing, if they haven't crashed already.

African sheboons had 5 kids on average 20 years ago, they have 4 now, they'll have less than 3 in 2045.

India is already below replacement, as are many Arab countries.

I, as many children born to parents way beyond their physical prime, am much more subhuman than ethnics despite inherent genetic advantages.
