I also have another memory about how some one from this forum was talking about how therapists are not your friend and are not on your side and can potentially report you for what you tell them. My memory about this is not clear. These days you can look up help online for free. Some pshychologists are giving patients help when they did not even ask for help. Asylums are jails for mentally ill people.

I dont trust therapist at all i’ve tried it didnt work i felt like i was getting told bullshit and even if i truly wanted to express myself with how i feel the fucking therapist wouldve reported me to the faggot three letter agencies or send me to the psychward

Not only that but if you go the SSRI route prepare for your ED your hormones to be out of balnce and getting gyno and these pills didnt do shit to make me “feel” better

It depens but I would say its highly very unlikely its good but If its free its good. If you feel bad just vanish away like me . I avoid human beings every day and I feel better by it. The therapist gave me sertraline and it helped my IBS but I am norwod 5 and Low tier normie so nothing mather anyways
