Discussion Are My Banner and Banner Preview Different?

On my profile I see the creepy eye'd image but when I hover over my AVI I see a different banner in the preview (fire gif). Is this just on my end? is it possible to have a double banner?

The only thing you should change in my opinion is username color. Gray is not ideal because it is like the graycel color

all the other colors don't work with my AVI imo. do u have one in mind?
