Discussion Are limb lengthening, plastic surgery and hair transplants manmade horrors?
I mean it could go badly or go fine really depends. I would never get it done. I’m like a 4.5./10 ugly enough to not get girls but not extremely ugly to the point where I need plastic surgery. I’m also 5’9 I’ve thought about leg lengthing surgery but I don’t wanna mess my legs up. Also I’m poor.

Plus, these procedures don't solve the main problem of bad genes. If you are planning to have kids, you better save some money so you can get your sons these surgeries too
