It seems that they are because in our modern times with the existence of internet each one of us can look at Human history and realise how Humans were always the same way, furthermore at this very moment you can go and see wars that are still ongoing for many years, just like that this knowledge that was unknown just half a century ago is all out there.

I think like this: If a person can commit a murder then he will wage war, so it will never stop.
