Are heavy metal shows a good place to hook up?

You know those small dark buildings where obscure metal bands play? I figure I can pose as a straight edge metal head (no fap, no drugs, no alcohol), take my shirt off, and paint my face black/white. The face paint will cover up my acne scars and hyperpigmentation and I'll be able to show off my 5 years of gymceling by being shirtless. Is this a good way to find a hot metal chick and possibly hook up?

Quality suggestion. There are more and better foids at something like Warped Tour, even if the music is way, way, way worse. I don't know if scene kids still makeupmax, but, in terms of drawing foids, that would likely be a better way to cover your acne than corpsepaint.

Most "metalheads" in Current Year AD are soyboys that feel embarrassed about having an investment in anything; they write blog reviews of both Panopticon and SZA albums, they make a point not to wear band shirts, they "refuse to support the shitty fascist behavior of artists like Burzum".

Metal was formerly an arena in which fucked up derelicts could get a shot at social mobility, a universal culture that drew in incels from a wide range of backgrounds and stations (some of it still does; War Metal, Goregrind, etc. are still very popular among South Americancels and SEAcels). Like a lot of things, though, it's in large been been neutered by soyboys, w*myn respecters, and tourists.

Still, if the bands you're seeing are any good, there probably won't be m/any foids in the audience. You should be thankful that there are still places they shy away from infesting, hookups be damned.

It's a waste of time. The only time you could go to hook up in metal shows was metalcore because somehow attractive males like oli sykes and Danni Worsnop for some reason were into the genre, so it attracted a bunch of scene/emo girls. The genre has been dead for a while now though so it's over.
