Most men who graduate from STEM struggle to find any kind of work unless they are really brilliant or have a bunch of connections. Meanwhile, any female in STEM is guaranteed some level of career success.

If you're good enough nobody is going to steal your job. Tho there's a diversity quota for women, so they indeed get jobs more easily than men
Yes, I have seen the hiring process. They divide resumes up between foids and males and then there is an equal amount of interviews. Obviously there are less foid applicants so the foids are essentially guaranteed

nah there's still mostly men in stem right? I mean might be wrong but we still dominate that workspace
They have indeed facilities to get "mentoring", free services, courses, girl groups, whatever they do "you go girl"
