Technically anyone here could ascend with the right amount of money at the right location but I wouldn't really call it ascension. At the end of the day you're still a freak without that money and in your home country.

Still it is better than using a prostitute and you can get sadistic satisfaction in using the women as meer objects while they beg for your money and green card.
