Inmates are the least of these. Cops mistreat them. Therefore cops are the antichrist.
Inmates should be pitied as much as sick people, who are also the least of these. There's actually overlap between these two. Some diseases can cause pain. Well, some inmates might be in pain. For example, Huey Newton wrote:
