In my opinion, ugliness reduces the probability of getting a girl. It can reduce it so hard that it is very unlikely you'll ever score.
Yet, it might still be possible (the same way it is possible for a monkey to write Hamlet by typing randomly on a keyboard). Let's say my face is a 1/10, then each time I'll try to hit on a girl, I'll have a 1/1000 chance to seduce her.
Then, we can see bluepill method as a way to improve these odds. If I hit on a girl by screaming and behaving like an idiot, I'll have a 1/10 000 chance to score, whereas if I go smoothly with bluepill advices, it might be a 1/900 chance.
If this is correct, then SOME are incels partially because of their physique, and partially because of their attitude.
For the really ugly ones, then you're quite certainly screwed, as your chances will go from 1/10000 to 1/9000, which means bluepill attitude is useless.
BUT for some who are physically 2/10 + really introvert and not good speakers, in my theory, they might have had bad ratio partially because of their attitude. So they might think they are incels only because of their physical appearence, although it's not the case.
I refuse to say there ever is a 0/1 chance of getting a girl, even if you are REALLY REALLY REALLY UGLY, because there are different canon of beauty depending on the culture (maybe I'm a 1/10 in occident, but a 2/10 in Asia...) and also, depending on people (maybe my face remember her a character she liked in a movie, or a friend, etc.)
This is also a good argument against dumb people that'll say : "every one can get a girl, my really ugly friend has one". YES, because it is POSSIBLE, yet very unlikely. And very unlikely often tend to mean "quite nearly impossible".
