I tried doing it for a while earlier this year, I never asked any girls out on dates but I practiced approaching and making conversation. It did help with my social awkwardness, and I noticed that it became easier to make conversation and I would get less nervous with exposure.

You are not retarded, that is the truth. There was a polish man a while ago on YouTube who approached 1000 girls over the course of a few months. He ended up getting like 50 numbers, then 45 of those 50 (something around that range) left him on delivered or removed him). The 5 or so others than ended up responding super dry or stopped texting altogether.

I understand what you are saying, but there is 1 major flaw in your point. She wouldn't be impregnated by you unless you raped her, or like you said, artificially transmitted semen, which in reality wouldn't work to your advantage.
