It depends your scars.

Subcision/Filler + TCA Cross + Infini RF are the standard treatments now.

Many sessions of each, waiting months in between (collagen formation). It takes a few years. I've seen 50%-70% improvement from people using this protocol, documented with photos from start to finish. Definitely possible. You've probably already spent lots of money though.
