Sounds sorta/kinda similar to a rule I got here in my apartments. I'm in Texas not Louisiana though
Adults cannot accompany children to the pool or play area or visit the pool/play area without a child. I'm probably stating the verbiage wrong but basically if you aren't a parent or legal guardian you cannot use the pool or play facilities if children are present. Apparently, management at any time can ask you for verification and to show proof that you are the parent or legal guardian of said children. If you cannot provide proof then they ban you from the facilities because you were near/around children thus violating their safety. Although my rule isn't exactly sexist as it is for adults and not just men. So basically
-If I am an adult and having fun in the pool by myself that is fine
-If I am an adult in the pool and a group of kids enter the pool area then I have to get out
-If I am a Father and with my kids at the pool it is fine
-If I am a Father and my kids and another family join us in the pool it is fine
I guess this is fair because we have curfew. I believe kids have to leave by 8pm and adults can still use the pool til midnight/1am. I never use the pool and can't even swim so it doesn't bother me. I honestly would never go near the pool anyway. It is far easier for me to just peep out my window and use the zoom feature on my phone to take screenshots of the delicious cuties. Also, I've never seen this policy enforced but then again I never go to the pool. I honestly think it is just in writing to scare away potential pedos tbh
