You need to be at least level 25 on the game for this.
Basically i have done all there is to do on the game, except 1 thing. All i need of you is to call in the Phantom over and over, that's it. The reason i can't do this normally is because my internet and computer aren't the best so by the time i join a game all the good roles are taken already, that and people are just homos who vote for the same shitty maps over and over.
