Serious anyone stacked lexapro with propranol?

my dr wants to take me off my regular stack of incel drugs, and put me on to lexapro and propranol, and dr doesn't know but I also take yohimbine without telling her that I buy online.
I'm unsure of changing because after my current doses changed I gained a LOT of weight and i was reading that these 2 new ones, especially the SSRI cause very fast severe weight gain although they do work much quicker.
anyone have any experience?
