I play guitar, sometimes write things on bass. I started on drums but had to sell them cause they took up too much space and I needed the money.

Cool, I always wanted to try drums or another instrument but I wanna improve at guitar first. I'm kind of ass at writing songs though hopefully I'll get better
What kind of songs do you make?

I like writing neoclassical, thrash, and prog rock based stuff like Ritchie Blackmore, Alex Lifeson, Dave Mustaine, Yngwie, etc.. I’ve also recently been getting into black metal

Yeah I like Yngwie and Mustaine a lot as well. Mostly just wanna write thrash stuff. So far just done chord progressions though
