Man, you have played only a handful of awesome games.
My suggestions are:
GTA 2 if you have played GTA 1,
all three Resident Evil mainline games as well as Resident Evil Survivor,
the Spyro trilogy if you enjoy platformers,
Croc is an acquired taste,
the GEX games if you like that british humor, there are also early South Park games which, imo, capture the soul of South Park pretty well, Parasite Eve if you liked Resident Evil and want more RPG elements,
Dino Crisis if you want Resident Evil but with Dinosaurs,
Role Cage,
Tank Racer,
obviousely Final Fantasy if you like RPGs,
Gran Turismo 1 and 2 of course, Frontschweine,
Future Cop,
G-Police and G-Police Weapons of justice, Syphon Filter,
James Bond Tomorrow Never Dies,
the Wipeout games,
Destruction Derby games,
the Army Men series,
I am sure I have played more, but I cannot remember them all of the top of my head.
