One of the four noble truths in Buddhism is this life is Dhukka (Suffering). Suffering from old age, disease, mental ailments, hunger, craving of something you can't have like a femoid, death etc etc

Even Chad suffers to a degree, Chad will age, get old, see loved ones around him get sick and die. There's many Chads with alcohol, drug addictions and those addictions are band aids to cover up some level of discontent / suffering. The goal isn't to be reborn as a Chad or rich family, Buddha was born as a Prince and had a wifu but was still discontent.
