Idk if it works for everyone but if you turn your wifi router off for extended periods (around 8 hours), it changes your IP when you turn it back on. Also, make sure you clear all cache and data.

Your ISP changes your ip regularly on a week to month basis. Just make a new account after waiting a while on a fresh browser.
