Anyone know a quiet computer fan?

I just bought this:

And every thirty seconds or so the fan goes haywire for literally zero reason. Then it's fixed when I give the case a little smack with my knuckles. Anyone know something on amazon I could replace the shitty fan with?

I don't know them personally but Japanese fans are often respectfully quiet. Take MMA in Japan for instance, the Japanese fans are so quiet and respectful that you can often hear a pin drop in the arena.

Maybe look in the BIOS for the fan curve settings?
