Serious Anyone here with severe OCD?

Hey and Happy New Year!

I suffer from very severe harm OCD (every walk on street is a nightmare and have to look behind each person I pass near to see if everything is ok, I have impression I steal from stores), checking OCD (taps, fridge, windows, cooker and also my reports at work for 5 times at least for each line).

My OCD sucks so much. Every day is hard.

I notice that I sit always facing the entrance of a restaurant so I can see who enters/exits in the event of an emergency.
