Me, i think it have a effect in my brain

I not do a ordinary meditation to relax, i concentrate my mind in various parts of my head/brain, i guess it "activates" those parts or something. 6th and 7th chakra meditation.

I guess it gives more "mental power" with time, but you won't feel anything special for doing it just a couple of times.

I get enough time in silence when I go to sleep
 
Its only really useful if you're really stressed out all the time. Otherwise it's a waste of time.

It does, but if you're not doing it for anxiety/depression/stress then there's other shit you can do that's more worth your time. Meditation also takes months to actually start working.

I started meditating when I learned programming cause some guy on 4chan said it's amazing for it, and it felt like a massive waste of time. If you do see some benefits from it let me know tho.

Social Media is a fucking cancer for the brain, so whatever helps you get off it.

The other two will take more than just meditating, but it's a decent start.
 
Doesn’t really help much if you’re schizo and constantly hearing shit
 
I despise meditation. My father used to forced me to do this but it didn't do shit.Much better to do cardio or basic exercise.
